Matrix Recruitment are seeing to recruit an ORDER PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR based in Co. CARLOW. This is a permanent opportunity. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Working as part of a small and busy sales team, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of purchase and sales orders, liaising with internal & external transport services, and other general administration duties including inventory management. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Input of sales orders using Sage computer package, ensuring that all customer details, products and prices are correct. Dealing with customers to confirm site address/contact details and advise of delivery dates /delays. Organisation of incoming and outgoing deliveries via external hauliers and internal delivery team. Placing of stock orders with suppliers located across Europe and organising import of same. Regular maintenance of stock control system. What are we looking for? Graduate with couple of years` experiene in similar role. IT competence, in particular - Sage & Excel. Good Administration experience with excellent attention to detail. Well organised – logical and practical. Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills. Good oral and written communication ability.
