Call Center Manager - Co.Laois. In this newly created senior leadership role reporting to Operations, the call center manager will lead and manage the team.As Manager, this position will work in close partnership with the existing team to drive continuous growth, lead a dynamic team (startups a plus) and scaling businesses in rapid growth phase. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment with strong values as an entrepreneur, visionary This is a very exciting position to help build and subsequently oversee a dynamic talented team in Ireland. Role: This role will suit someone with previous experience in working within an environment that has undergone change and growth. It will require natural leadership skills with the ability to drive and build a team. Ideal candidate will have experience running a call center, managing a large team of people and scaling a business with support and technology. Duties: •Oversee all aspects of the Irish contact center operations with strategic oversight and accountability. •Partner with the Executive Leadership team to define and execute strategic programs to grow. •Bridge existing global operations to optimize processes and best practices for increased revenue growth. •Understand the metrics (KPIs), develop reports to communicate those metrics, and analyze and act on the findings (such as total calls and call times and outcomes by time of day, day of week, rep, client, client industry, and type of client call. •Understand contact center technologies and how all of the components come together. •Familiar with the use of contact lists and targeting different segments of those lists (through third party sources, appended existing resources, and even specific lookups. Required Skills/Experience: •University Degree – 3rd level Education. •5 plus years’ experience in a similar position for a multinational contact center in ad tech and B2B. •Proven track record of success scaling businesses in rapid growth phase and transformation. •Proven track record of running multiple business lines efficiently and collaboratively. •Hands-on approach with both tactical and strategic mind-sets. •Problem solver and objective analytical thinker. •An affinity for a strong company culture with smart team players who care about making a huge impact.
