We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents for our Client based in Portarlington, Co. Laois. You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries by phone and also catering for ecommerce customers via online chat service. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Clear, concise and helpful telephone manner; • Ability to work on their own initiative; • Computer literate and able to learn and use a number of different systems.
