Matrix Recruitment are actively seeking to recruit a Part Qualified Accounts Administrator, for our client based in Carlow. This role is offered on 1 months Contract basis with potential for the right candidate. Key Job Responsibilities : Assist with preparation of Financial Statements. Reconciliation of bank accounts. Preparation of Creditor Reconciliations and Accounts Payable. Processing of Supplier Invoices & Payments. Preparation of Bank Payments and Review of Receipts. Assist with weekly Payroll. Identify & escalate any problems/issues with reconciliations as they occur. Assist with month-end reconciliations and close. Cash Flow projections. General Bookkeeping & General Ledger entries. All general office administration duties including Reception duties; Typing; Filing etc. Processing of expenses & review of overhead expenditure. Credit card processing & Reconciliation. The Ideal Candidate: Part Qualified Accountant/Accounting Technician. SAGE 50 knowledge. 2-3 years Accounts Assistant experience. Advanced PC skills – MS Office.
